Important Instruction for Teachers – Absentee Module

There is no provision to add/register new students directly in the Absentee Module. Therefore, for students whose names are not available on the module, please follow these instructions:

• For students who are present and whose names are available on the module, mark/show them as present in the module as usual.
• For any student whose name is not available on the module, do not try to add the student manually.
• If such a student is absent, their name must be written manually in the absentee student list on the sheet printed from the Absentee Module.
• The printed absentee sheet should therefore include the names of all such students who are not available on the module but are absent.

Please ensure that the absentee list is filled carefully and completely so that no student is missed.
